By using 2wayplayer you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. The service is operated by Specific Intangibles LLC.

2wayplayer is a free entertainment game in which you draft rosters of real historical players from real franchise seasons. It is not a gambling product, a fantasy sports contest for prizes, or a betting or prediction service. No money is wagered, and nothing you win in-game has cash value.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts to inflate results, farm badges, or manipulate matchmaking.
• Pick a username that is not abusive, impersonating, or offensive. We may reset or remove a username that breaks this.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play, spin, or queue.
• Call our server endpoints directly to alter picks, scores, ranges, or results.
• Exploit bugs to gain an advantage instead of reporting them.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell data from the game.
• Interfere with other players' matches or attempt to overload the service.

We may reset results, remove badges, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Match scoring, rating models and matchmaking are computed on our servers and their output is final for the purposes of the game.

The game references historical sports facts and statistics, which are matters of public record. Player ratings, team scores and simulated outcomes are our own computed interpretations built for gameplay balance. They are not official ratings, and they are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed from any league, team, players' association, or any individual player. Team names and season references are used descriptively to identify real historical rosters. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We make no promise that any statistic, roster or rating is complete or free of error.

The game is provided as-is and as-available. We may add, change, or remove sports, ranges, scoring, badges, or features, and we may take the service down for maintenance or permanently. Progress, results and badges may be reset if a data or scoring correction requires it.

You may stop using the game at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, results, badges, or standings. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

The governing law and venue are being finalized and will be stated here before public launch.
