2wayplayer

Cookies & storage

Effective August 8, 2026

Short version

2wayplayer uses only the browser storage it needs to work. There are no advertising cookies, no marketing pixels and no third-party analytics trackers, which is why you never see a consent banner.

What we store

  • Sign-in session. When you sign in, our authentication provider stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in and your requests can be attributed to your account. Signing out removes it.
  • Device identifier. A random value kept in local storage so an unfinished draft can be restored, and so results you created before signing up can be claimed by your account.
  • Small interface flags. Values such as whether you have already seen the how-to-play card, so it does not reappear every visit.

What we do not use

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • Social media tracking pixels.
  • Cross-site profiling or data brokers.
  • Payment or subscription cookies — the game takes no payments.

Managing storage

You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings, or by signing out. Clearing it signs you out and removes the device identifier, so an unfinished draft tied to that device may no longer be recoverable. Finished results linked to your account are not affected.

If this changes

If we ever add non-essential technology, we will update this page and ask for consent first. See the privacy policy for how we handle the data itself.
